The Bibko System
is a complete recycling system accomplishing the following functions
for the ready mix producer.
1. Clean out of ready mix trucks, recovery of clean, dry sand and
stone for re-use in batching.
2. Collection of residual rinse water for re-use in batching, providing
a convenient means of disposing of a messy problem.
3. Collection of surface run-off and storm water in boat ramp pits
for clarification and re-use in the washing process.
Bibko Systems allow the ready mix producer to comply with water
management regulations and gain an economic benefit from the recovery
of aggregate processed from returned loads.
